Canard ventures engaged Hampton Architecture in the redevelopment of this existing building in Boulder, CO.
The previous floor plans were full of enclosed dark offices. We opened up the floor plates and refreshed the finishes with a clean modern aesthetic while including a full kitchen in the heart of the space. We replaced all of the old divided light windows and re-glazed with new large picture windows. Stain on the exterior brick created a monolithic composition and we added warm materiality to the entrance and window accents at the stairs.
